Good: They provide a robe a towel, flip flops, a locker, a shower with shampoo, conditioner and soap. The herbologist was very pleasant and accommodating.. Bad: The receptionist at the front desk. Not very pleasant.. Improvements: They should have a bathroom in the changing room. They have a sink.. Other: They are a little pricey.. more

Total Woman Spa and fitness center is classy and all female environment that is a plus for plump women looking to lose weight without feeling self conscious about their body. They have a variety of classes like pilates, yoga, hip -hop, salsa and belly dancing to get in shape. Their membership prices are reasonable and comparable to other gyms in the area.
