(1)My Trane A/C unit, installed new 8/2012 by Total Tech LLC, did not work when turned on @ the end of 5/2013. I called Total Tech LLC for a yearly service @ informed A/C down; 5/31/2013 Total Tech LLC performed the routine yearly service & found that a 20 amp circuit breaker had tripped. I paid for the service call $95.40. (2)During the week of 7/7/2013, the A/C unit went down. The technician found that the system was "freezing-up" & needed to replace the "TXV" part, did not have it & was ordered from Texas; it arrived a week later, but the technician discovered that it was an incorrect part for the unit & would have to re-order a correct TXV. I didn't want to wait another week, so Total Tech LLC was able to locate the part in Beckley, WV, had it driven to Frankford, WV, (3) & installed the correct TXV part. Late that afternoon, the 20 amp circuit breaker tripped again, & I called the owner of Total Tech LLC, @ 5:00pm to get the technician back. (4)When he arrived at 6:15pm, he could
