I was extremely pleased to be placed in a position within 1-2 days of applying with Total Resource. The major problem I had was with Rose Thomas (Office Manager-Accounting). The pay periods are weekly, but my first check was held for 2 weeks... 3 months into my employment I found a better opportunity and gave my 2 weeks notice. I received one check by mail, cashed it, and the next week did not receive my final check.I went by the office, and was told that the company made a mistake and sent out over 200 checks that had already been issued, and if I did not pay the money back (even thoughit was Roses fault) she would call the labor board and tell them I was a thief/liar/and that I should never be considered for employment. She said ahe would make sure to speak with any company I found work with and say whatever necessary to tarnish my name. She also refused to issue my last check even though I worked the hours. Rose also said her job is on the line coinsidering only 2 out of over 200 employees agreed to pay the money back. I would have gladly considered repaying the company EXCEPT that when i asked about the week i have no record of receiving pay for, Rose told me "so you want me to waste my time looking to make sure i paid you correctly when your questioning if you should repay the check i accidently issued every employee i have" which I do not consider thay to be too much of a request considering the UNPROFESSIONAL manor in which she went about asking me to help fix her mistake. I was called names, threatened, and cussed at but held my composure and left. Of course instantly contacted the labor bored concerning the money Total Resource owes me.
