Word of mouth is bad especially when you got such a large family and business. NEED to step it up. Horrible service to say the least.

If there is a short wait, you have beverages and the use of a computer or magazines to flip through. The salon has a classy, clean and comfortable feel! Heather cuts and colors my hair and is a great addition to the staff! more

James is a gem! Such a talented stylist 5/29/2011

I just had the most wonderful salon experience thanks to James, my hair's new best friend. Not only did he transform my tired hair and give it new life, he taught me tricks for making it behave and took the time to explain just what he was doing and why. Plus he was a delight to talk to--very sweet and smart. He's been at A Total New You for about five years, which speaks well of the place. Their prices were not outrageous, which was like icing on the cake. I am so thankful to have found James and plan to stay with him from now on. Very happy new client!!! more

Was totally lied to! 5/7/2011

I purchased my wife a MOTHERS DAY package and asked the lady and everything if I needed to make an appointment and she replied nope you just bring in the certificate and they'll take care of her.. So the day before mothers day i decided to try and make an appointment so there would be no wait time. Well turns out the first lady just totally lied because first of all there NOT even open mothers day!!! and second i guess i was supposed to make the appointment the first time when the lady said it was unnecessary. Now the earliest they can get her in for this is a week later??>> and will not refund the certificate!! there are many REAL day spas open MOTHERS Day!! THIS IS VERY BAD BUSINESS. O To top that she hung up on me. more

I have been a client there for several years, and each time I go I feel so welcomed and pampered. The staff there really enjoy what they do, and they are VERY talented. I have had the pleasure of trying the majority of services from A Total New You, and have never been disappointed with the service, product, or treatment. I have been to other salons before, and did not get the same warm welcome and superior service as at TNY. Jenean has been my esthetician for several years there, and my skin is clear and glowing. She is also the best in permanent makeup that I have seen, bar none. I get so many compliments on my makeup, saying it looks natural and fresh always. It has definitely boosted my confidence. I recommend TNY for ANY salon or spa service. more

Love it and close to home! 12/12/2010

I debated going here for a long time. I saw the cut & color special and thought I would try it out. Well, I gotta say I put it off for too long. This place is cute and the stylist are great....especially Kristen! I even bought a gift card for massage for a friend of mine to go there. This place has specials all the time and I would recommend to go and check it out (don't put it off like I did!) more

It is a special treat to pamper myself and have time when I'm not caring for everyone else. I received a gift certificate and used it last week for a facial. The technican was knowledgable and took the extra time to answer my questions and made me feel comfortable. The salon is a nice getway and the service was polite and calming. I would recommend it for any friencd or family memeber that needs a break from the fast paced, hectic everyday routine. more

I got a cut and color and I love it!! I got so many compliments on my hair! When I arrived I right away noticed how nice of a salon it was. I appreciated the fact that I got offered a glass of water and my hair dresser (her name slipped my mind! but she was wonderful) was courteous and polite and easy to talk to. I am going back today to get a wax, they have made such a great impression that I am going regardless of price, its the service thats most important to me! more

Definitely Go to A Total New You Salon! 10/15/2010

I'm so glad that I have gone to this salon 2 times! I was greeted so nicely when I came in the door both times. Before I go there, I really look forward to the whole experience. I like that because changing your hair can be a bit nerve racking at best! I like to get there a little early if I can to have the delicious coffee offered to me! (a yummy pick me up) Megan S. has done an excellent job with my hair. She is very nice and listens to what I want it to look like, and even suggests enhancements according to my face shape for making it look right (styling). Thank you Megan & ATNY!!! :) :) :) more
