We hired Neil Royse, owner of Total Home Improvements, to add an addition to our house. After numerous trips to the attorney, he finally started the project. After receiving a total of $93,000 from us, he stopped working and told us that he ""went out of business and could not do any more work"". If that wasn't bad enough, we found out that he hasn't paid all of he subcontractors. This could result in liens against our property.\r

To summarize: Neil Royse took our money, left us with an unfinished project, a torn-up yard, mounting attorney fees, and potential liens against our property. All of this...and we had an attorney AND a contract!!!
Pros: None.
Cons: Lies, cheats, and steals!
