I started coming to see Dr. Tsurumoto from a friendly referal, when I was diagnosed with M.S. which was causing me extreme back & neck pain. Dr. Tsurumoto was extremely positive about my condition & reassured me that he could help me get better. I don't take any medication for my condition, all I do is see Dr. Tsurumoto 3 times a week & I have been symptom & pain free for over a year! With the help of Dr. Tsurumoto & his friendly staff I believe that I might have been misdiagnosed. My insurance does not cover chiropractic care but Dr. Tsurumoto & staff have always been considerate of my financial situation, by giving me discounts & gift certificates. They have never once made me feel like they were just trying to get paid, instead they make me feel like their main concern is to get me better. Total Health Chiropractic is an understatement for how well they treat EVERY patient. He massages your back & neck before an adjustment, he knows every patients area's of pain & has special treatment for each & every one! Its not a 30 min wait for a 2 min adjustment! I am soooooo thankful for Dr. Tsurumoto & his receptionist. I know that their mission is to help every person who walks thru the door in need of care. I hope to come here for the rest of my life so I can continue to receive care that I know makes a difference! I have been to several chiropractors to know & proudly say that this is THE BEST ONE!!!!! I have been treated by the Doctor over a 5 year period and have never felt pressured into ""must do"" services. They have been professional and courteous and have treated and corrected my back problem. Now I go in when I feel the time is right for a ""tuneup"" I have sent 4 or 5 of my friends who had serious pain and they have been thankful for my recommendation. more

really friendly staff it help me with all my insurance questions and after Irun out of insurance I received a great disscount. Now my low back problems are all gone they took care of my 3years old son neck condition. I highly recommended their service to anyone with low back or neck pain. Avoid these guys. I went to Total Health for back pain. They gave me a cursory examination and told me that they could, on my insurance alone, give me symptom relief, but not fix the problem. To fix the problem would require more ""comprehensive"" treatment costing $45 a session and requiring 30+ sessions. I was persuaded to pay in advance for several sessions of this ""comprehensive"" treatment, and went to one. It lasted 20 minutes. After the staff subsequently ignored my emails and calls regarding an ergonomic pillow, however, I became suspicious and asked for a refund. I had to call Total Health every day for weeks before they gave me a refund, and even then the amount was half what they owed. It took them 6 full weeks (and my persistent calls) to return the entire amount. These guys are interested in your money, not your health. more
