Love their service, we get our wash and fold laundry service every week. Our clothes smell fresh and it's nicely folded. So far, so good..knock on the wood! Keep up the good work! more

Started out well, but they lost my clothes and ruined others. Said they would keep looking for lost items. more

I was so happy to find this service when I moved to my new place in DC. I dropped off my ""test"" laundry run with the concierge but when I told him about TotalCleaners, he told me that a former tenant used them and they lost a lot of his cloths and had to discontinue the service. I didn't take that serious and assumed it's a one time bad luck and could happen. I asked for 2 blouse to be laundered/hanging rather than in a box. They quoted me $1.99 to do laundry per blouse. When They returned the shirts, they charged me $6.00 each because the shirts had to be hand-pressed because they had a long belt attached to them! I would say this is a rip-off since I just moved from Chicago and I ALWAYS got the same shirts laundered and no one charged me extra for the belt! So I called to ask them about this and when I told them that this is the first time I've heard that it costs extra for the belts, they told me I should probably go somewhere else and that they don't need customers like myself and hung up on me! I would say don't ever use this company! They sound great in theory but reality is they are awful and rude and will give you the wrong information. Now they have my credit card information and they can charge it and I can do nothing about this! more

I leave my shirts out by the front door, then it magically comes back cleaned and pressed a couple of days later. Then, I get an email letting me how much I was charged. I highly recommend them! Pros: Saves time and less one thing for me to do Cons: Can't think of any. more
