Diagnos and repair no start 12/20/2015

After trying to repair my van and having no success I ended up having it towed to Total Auto Care. They diagnosed a bad camshaft position sensor I had purchased and installed from O'Reilys. Very happy with their communication and professionalism more

Our family cars have been so well taken care of by Fred for such a long time that we went looking for him at his new job. He is so kind and understanding of our needs, that I even come from Gig Harbor to be assured that my car will be safe and run properly, as do my daughter and son. Eric and his team are the best when it comes to taking care of the customer. Del is one of the most knowledgeable mechanics in the industry. I completely trusted what he and Eric recommended for my car. It was a very complicated repair but they had my trust and fixed it at a very reasonable price. Thanks Eric!!!! more

I have had my cars in for service several times. Everytime they are very friendly and give me a quote, when I pick up my car the price doesnt change and they where always correct on what is wrong with my vehicle more

Great Service -- Great Price 10/5/2014

I have always taken my Toyota to a dealer for service. Total Auto Care provided the same level of service if not better at a much lower cost. I intend to take my vehicle back to Eric and his team from now on. I highly recommend this business. more
