I called them feb 21st 2018 to report a garbage disposal leak, 3 days later a tech came and told me the "garbage disposal is broken, need to be changed, will come back in about 5 ...

I called them feb 21st 2018 to report a garbage disposal leak, 3 days later a tech came and told me the "garbage disposal is broken, need to be changed, will come back in about 5 days, put a bucket under the sink in the meantime" they called to collect the parts and service from the owner($140) and they have not come back. more

plumbing repair 8/15/2017

Service Pro 39, Piere made a service call to my condo for a running toilet. He did a great job in making the repairs. He was courteous, knowledgeable and proceeded like the professional he is to explain the problem and the solution. He brought all parts needed and checked to make sure the the toilet worked. As a long distance landlord, this company is a great asset to me. They eliminate most of the hassle and unexpected expense that can arise from owning rental property. They do not charge extra for each service call, which I really like. I recommend them highly, especially if you are an out of town owner. more
