Living in NYC we come to Miami almost every month and visit Bal Harbor Shops every single time (We love to shop for all brand names under one roof). In our 5+ years of coming here we had the most pleasant and enjoyable experience until this time. We walked in to Tory Burch because I need it a pair of shoes to wear that night to LIV. I picked up a pair and asked a sales associate Maya (Who did not look that she belongs in Tory Burch to begin with) for my size, she glanced at me and asked very Rudely and I quote “Are you going to buy or just looking “? At first I could not understand what she meant by that because of her bad English and my husband had to explain/translate it to me (in NYC he has a lot of Russian people working for him, so I guess he understands the accent). I was totally shocked, could not say anything and just froze. In all my adult life NO ONE and I repeat NO ONE spoke to me like that and especially when we had shopping bags from Channel, Prada, Loro Piana and Neiman Marcus. I could only hear bits and pieces after that, like my husband tried to tell Maya aka Rude Russian to learn how to treat customers and asking her for a corporate phone number. I could hear Maya the B… telling him that it is completely none of his business and it is to our advantage if we leave right now. I was totally speechless, did not want to cause a scene in a mall where we became friends with a lot of beautiful and nice people over the years and we just left.
Dear Maya, I found the corporate number myself and I promise you that I will not rest until you will lose your job and never will be able to work in Bal Harbor Shops again. With your big, dirty mouth and fake ugly nose your future is dollar stores or flea markets, but not high end designer stores.
Pros: Good product line
Cons: Russian lady named Maya aka The B.....
