What a wonderful first appointment with Dr. Torres. She LISTENS, instructs, LISTENS, provides full information, LISTENS, hears what you are saying as a patient and as a person. She and her staff are definitely my new dentist for the rest of my life! more

I am very happy with my new dentist Dr. Torres and I've had good experiences both times I've been seen. Dr. Torres is very professional and makes me feel very comfortable during my visits. The office staff is also very nice and very welcoming. Thank you! more

I've been going to Dr. Torres for 5 years and have always had great service and a wonderful experience. I had to have a very long and expensive oral surgery (implant) done, and along with my oral surgeon, Dr. Torres did a wonderful job getting my new tooth looking and feeling perfect. more

My first visit to Dr. Torres and company. Kelly was my hygienist and was wonderful!! Dr. Torres and Kelly were very kind, caring, and gave attention to my concerns. I am so glad my colleague recommended this office. I've been with the wrong office in santa cruz for 4 years. And the music was great! No boring elevator music. Modern music that makes the visit enjoyable. more

My wife and I were fortunate to have Dr. Torres as our dentist while we lived in Santa Cruz. I am 58, and have never had better dental care anywhere, not New York, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Connecticut, or California. more

all staff professional and courteous. lobby--table too large for room and at an awkward height. I prefer day-before phone reminders to email. I don't consistently check my email. I was extremely late to second appointment because I recorded the time on my calendar incorrectly. more
