A Dentist You Can Rely On 5/23/2011

My experience at Dr. Beard's office is always a positive one. The staff is professional, courteous and helpful. What else is nice is that the same staff have been there for all the years that I have been a patient. They know me and I know them. The office runs on schedule with never a delay and waiting for my appointment. more

Libby is the best!!! Dr. Torgan does fine work. Happy to know I am in experienced hands. Always a friendly professional staff. Very well run office. Oh, and I can't forget my Hygenist. Very thorough. more

I love Dr. Torgan and staff...like family...I have been a patient for almost 30...yes 30 years....DR. Torgan is brilliant....a genius....and a wonderful person... However on my last visit on May 19 for a hygeine appointment with Katherine who is excellent....afterwards the financial 'sit down' and paperwork, I found to be very different from how I have always felt when I leave the office. It was tooooo cold and 'businessey'... I realize that being informed of dental needs and costs is needed, but I felt controlled...this comment is not about persons...the staff is always friendly....but about the process ... I need a goodbye to feel warm and fuzzy before I walk out the door...until next time... . more

A Dental Group For The Entire Family 5/16/2011

The Torgan Beard Fernandez Dental Team is well versed in all areas of dentistry. The doctors and staff are experienced, up-to-date and very friendly. I've been a patient for 23 years and have moved a couple of times. I've traveled from Santa Clarita and Oxnard to continue being a patient. I wouldn't go anywhere else. more

I have been with this office for numerous years, have neglected my visits due to the syndrome of "being too busy"~I returned for the much needed treatment with Dr.Fernandez who was very nice as usual.The ladies @ the front desk are the same; & your financial adviser is always so cordial.I feel as if I never left, they're all so friendly & answer all my questions. more

The cost of the second set of dentures, that I am now getting, was agreed upon from the outset in 2010. The pricing mix-up was straightened out to my satisfaction, and NO, I did not blame the lady handeling the accounting. more

Relationship with my dentist et al. 5/6/2011

I've been going for more than 20 years, and am very fortunate to have my dentist and hygienist. In addition, the staff are wonderful. Wouldn't ever go anywhere else. more
