Tops In Dog Training Kennel

This place should be shut down. I sincerely regret sending my dog for training. I will regret it forever. He was physically and mentally abused during an hour of prong collar training a day and then left in complete isolation for the remaining 23 hours. I could write a novel about this. Do not bring your dog there. more

This place is something else. if you want your dog to balance bottles on his nose or balance a teeter totter, then this is the place for you. If you are a handler that wants your dog to pay attention to you and not the bad guy that wants to harm you, go there. If you want a venue in which the director of training doesn't know whether a car is a blank or had dope hidden in it a couple days prior to certification and mocks your met lof K9 and doesn't admit he's wrong after proving him wrong. by all means dishonor your dog and take him/her there! This outfit I'm sure does wonderful with making sure your dog is looked after and follows basic obedience. However if you are a security/government agency looking for a strong, fearless, and hard dog, the recommendation will not lead you to Tops Kennel. The owner is a super wonderful person but his training staff leaves much to be desired and should not be training or certifying K9 teams. Do the research pay the premium and outfit your agency with a k9 from a proven kennel. Tops is great if you want a dog who's primary role in life is to be a family pet, not if your looking for a K9 that ill sacrifice itself for you or find you well hidden narcotics. more

Tops dog training school should not be in business. I should have known by the toothless woman who was in charge of checking my dog in. All around me it looked like I was around drug addics and parollees. Against my better judgement I let my dog stay only to find out 5 days later she was not being trained and was caged all day/night. I recieved a call from a concerned employee who still remaines unknown. The one lady tried to charge me until I got the owner involved. I would not go there if you want to have a healthy pup.. She told me that my dog was untrainable and would never get along with other dogs. Well let me tell you she is a beautiful 3 year old belgian that I have at the dog park 3-4 weekly romping,running , and playing with every dog out there and have not had even 1 incident. Maybe it is the inbred people who look like they are all strung out, and have no patience for dogs. They are supposed to specialize in shepards, well let me tell you. They do not specialized in anything but over charging missled people.. In short. I am an honest man who is telling an honest rendition of how I was treated. Good luck Peter Fasano more
