Excellent! They are always very efficient. They communicate well. Fix what needs to be fixed. Keep good record of our cars and make recommendations when certain items are due to be completed. Very helpful. I take all four of my vehicles there. Recommend them any chance I get. more

I would highly recommend Top Shop. The customer service can't be beat and the quality of the work done is awesome. I have never had any problems and they are ALWAYS watching out for me to make sure I'm safe and can count on my car. It's why, even tho I live in Ventura I continue to bring both of my cars to them -- I know they will take good care of me! more

I would say that this is definitely the shop to depend on for auto maintenance and repair. You do quality work and the way you guys interact with me gives me confidence that my best interests are at heart, rather than getting as much money out of me as possible (which is how I have ALWAYS felt elsewhere during the 40 years I have had cars!) I love that Willie answers my questions, explains things, and makes great suggestions. That causes me to feel that my car is in good hands, and that you guys CARE about your customers. I love that thank you candies are always left in the car; appreciate the reminders about upcoming service maintenance needs; and REALLY love the discount letters that come in the mail.
