Horrible! 12/14/2011

Living at Top of the Drive has been an experiance. They have roaches which after attempts to extermainate through bad quality services the issue continues to exist. Bed Bugs has been a problem.Although nice for a Detroit apartment looks can be decieveing. They can't seem to keep any companies for long to manage the property. Every last person I have spoken with has been UNPROFESSIONAL and completely unapoligetic through numerous situations where they were in the wrong . With each management team that comes in it gets worse and worse. Long story short not the place to be. more

Avoid if you want fairness and good customer relations!!!!!!! 7/16/2008

The good points about the apartments they are nice and the outside is clean and well kept.The bad points you pay 550.00 and it is a 12month lease and a swimming pool is included but guess what you are not aloud to use the swimming pool due to controlling on-site management and when you want to go over her head like the main person in charge, you receive no cooperation.So Avoid moving here if you like to swim and have children or invite children over to visit . After my lease I'am going to move some place that knows to treat there tenants. more
