I woke up to a non-functioning air conditioner this morning. By 7:45 AM, I had a call back from Top Notch. By Noon, I had a repair man, by 1:00, the unit was functional again. ...

Professional Service 7/18/2011

Was able to schedule for a service the same day I called. Replaced my capacitor in 2 minutes. Explained to me exactly what the problem was and only fixed what needed to be fixed. Now my preferred HVAC guys. more

We've used the services of Top Notch for years, and their name says it all. The owners, office personnel, and technicians have always been extremely friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to our needs. We use their HVAC preventive maintenance program, and also have purchased filters from them directly. It's very easy to recommend Top Notch to friends and neighbors. more

Top Notch Service 2/22/2010

I recommended my first time homebuyer to Top Notch and they were at his home the next day and cleaned their dirty air ducts, reattached ductwork in the basement and attic, cleaned and serviced the furnace, changed the furnace filter, and he pre-paid through the VIP program to have his air conditioner cleaned and serviced when it warms up. My buyer was thrilled! I was glad I could pass on their name. They are fast, clean, professional and friendly. Call and talk to Joy on the phone. She is a joy! more

Relax - Top Notch will fix it! 2/10/2010

Great customer service and followup! It is a nice feeling when you know exactly who to call when you have a problem with your furnace or AC. I have had problems with both systems in the last year and Top Notch was there to help! Top Notch gave me options, fixed the problem right away and put me at ease. more

Top Notch treats you like Family! 2/5/2010

I have used Top Notch to service my Lenox Furnaces for quite some time. The service techs are very professional. Last year when my air conditioner broke down our tech came out on 2 hours notice and had the parts on his truck to fix the unit why he was there. \r The staff at Top notch are first class and they make you feel like you were part of the family. I trust Top Notch and a ma sure they will take good care of you. more

No Charge for Overtime! 2/5/2010

We are an older couple and when we had no heat last week, I was uneasy calling a company for a service call at night. My neighbor recommended Top Notch. I called and a clean cut and very polite tech was at my door within one hour of my call! He was able to quickly diagnose and fix my furnace problem, and my husband and I were able to go to bed with our heat back on. And there was no charge for overtime! more

Top Notch gets the job done fast! 4/16/2009

We bought our new home in Cedar Creek two years ago only to find out that our heating system was not properly sized making the second floor feel like a Sauna in the summer time no matter how low we set the temperature on the downstairs thermostat. When my wife informed me that if I didn't do something fast we were moving again, I called Top Notch for help. They installed a state of the art automated cooling and heating zoning system that basically mimics having two two HVAC systems in the home allowing you to call cool air upstairs automatically by setting the thermostat lower. The system uses a special controller and pneumatic actuators to close off lower level until upper level reaches desired temperature. It works inversely in the winter time Top Notch installed the system in less than a day at a very good price and we have been delighted with our new home ever since.
