If It's Done Right The First Time 11/17/2010

I used the Madison, AL store........ Had to take vehicle to them three times for a 4 wheel balance and alignment . Gregg was rather rude about the amount I was quoted, AFTER the work was complete. When I took the vehicle back the first time (2nd trip), he proceeded to explain all different "possible" problems why I was still have wheel wobble. Finally....... after third trip and two try's at balancing and alignment, vehicle is now perfect. Took about 4 hours (total) to complete what is about a 45 minute job..... If It's Done Right The First Time. Try to work with the other service guy, Huey, if at all possible. more

STAY AWAY 9/12/2008

New tires installed, one mounted backwards, 5 more tries couldn't balance tires. Also, tires inflated to max pressure listed on tire not to proper pressure on door frame. Told me had bent rim. $60 at specialist to find out all rims were good. Took to car dealer, tires were badly out of balance. English not spoken in service bay!!! Management just wants to make sale. more

Top Line Tires Rocks! 5/28/2006

I couldn't find the Madison Boulevard location listed, but that is where I went. I had a tire semi-emergency and needed it replaced ASAP. Firestone had a tire in stock that was most similar to my tire--my actual tire not available--for $150. Top Line had this same tire for $105. Big difference! They were really friendly and the service was fast. Since I couldn't get the exact tire replaced, I was pleased that I could get the most similar one for a reasonable cost. When I need new tires in the future, I will definitely be going with Top Line. more
