The people at Top Gear are not only incompetant, but also extremely arrogant and also liars, especially George Ranney, President of Top Gear. I implore anyone who is thinking of purchasing from them to avoid them at all costs and go somewhere else, you will be sorry! Heres my experience with them: I buy a bike from a dealer called V-Twin City. Pay for bike, bike gets shipped, i get bike, no title. A week later, still no title. Call V-twin city and they say all their titles are done by Top Gear and thats why i was charged the $100 ""title fee."" Call Top Gear and they still havent even processed the title! They sat on this title for over a week. So i finally get the title a few days later, and the title is filled out incorrectly!!!!! I go to three notaries and all say that they screwed it up majorly. So i send it back to themwith detailed written instructions from the notary along with a business card to call with questions. They get it and tell me it will be overnighted. 5 days later i get it!!!!! and guess what, its dont wrong again! they couldnt even follow the easy instructions that a 10 year old could understand. So i call this George Ranney and he is the most arrogant a** hole out there. Nothing is his fault and they know what they're doing and so on and so forth. I was also supposed to be getting reimbursed for the $99 title fee and shipping cost, but recieved no check. George says that it was mailed out and doesnt know why i didnt recieve it. I found out why, THEY NEVER SEND IT!!!!!! I call Top Gear and they say that they ""just"" wrote the check out to me, and it wasnt even for all of my cost! So now i have to send this title back to these worthless, incompetent fools again!!! Run for your life from these people. They will mess up your stuff, and screw you any chance they get. i only wish i lived closer to top gear so i could teach George Ranny a lesson on how to treat people, courtesy of some quarters in a sock.
