Thank so you much to Top Class Limo. I worked with Lauren (who is amazing!) to plan my best friend's joint bachelor/bachelorette party. We got the stretch hummer which was absolutely beautiful. It came stocked with drinks for our ride. I booked with Top Class Limo for my daughter's Sweet 16 Birthday Party and we used the Lincoln Navigator(20 passengers). The limo arrived early for picture taking and the driver(Manny) was well groomed, suit and tie and was very polite(professional). Manny our driver knew the Theater District and Times Square/Midtown area well. Had four(04) locations to visit in the area and Manny was always there on time for pick-up and drop-off. The ride was very smooth and safe which made our 8 hour night a great time, this made it a smooth, memorable night for my daughter(Kristen) and her friends. It also was a stress free night having an execellent chauffer like Manny. Thank You again Manny for a great job. To add, so many tourists were taking pictures of the limo due to it's size and details and it was the classiest limo in the Theater District that night. I was looking for a limo for my sons 21st B-day celebration. Top Class came highly recommended from a friend. I contacted them and from the first conversation I had with Lauren, I knew I made the right decision. She was very professional, courteous, honest and answered all my questions thoroughly. And if that wasn't enough, she did it again every time I called with one more question. She worked with me and gave me ideas/recommendations. There was no need to visit the showroom.\r On the date of the event, the driver Donald showed up early and went over everything in detail with me. He also was professional and courteous. The limo was clean and stocked with what was promised.\r All had a great time and I will definitely be using Top Class again for future events. I had the party bus and it was great. The driver showed up on time right on the dot. The driver J was great he smiled answered all question and never made me feel uncomfortable, he ran on the time schedule. From the moment the phone rang and Lauren answered with a pleasant voice and nice attitude and helped me out down to when I wanted to view the bus she walked me through it. J made sure what I had paid for I received when the bus arrived to the end destination my time was not up and I didn't have to say a word he told us we still had time. I would recommend Top Class to all looking to have a great time on a party bus. It was my first time and because of the great service it won't be my last.
