WARNING: Do NOT hire this company to do anything for you. The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced (and I’ve been a Comcast customer for a while). Long story short, they were no call + no shows TWICE, showed up one day at our back door UNANNOUNCED at 8am on a day we did not have them scheduled to come out, did not answer their phone or return our voicemails. And then when we finally did get a hold of them they just decided they were gonna cancel the job for no good reason and charged us a restocking fee AND $100 for the time they showed up unannounced. And the cherry on top of this shit-cake was they actually hung up on me while I was talking to them. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
