I didn't get my food delivered, so with that being said this review is strictly about the customer service. I called at 1:38 PM (according to my iphone) and he said it would take 45 minutes to deliver. At 2:47 I still did not have my food. I called to see the status of my delivery (mentioned it had been almost and hour and a half since the order) and the guy didn't even ask me for my name or order info and automatically told me it would be there soon. He then told me, ""plus it was only 55 minutes ago. You called me at 1:50. Give us 5 more minutes."" Rude as hell, and cell phone clocks don't lie.... He was so rude I canceled my order and then got hung up on. So now you know, customer service freakin' BITES. Don't order for delivery if you're starving. more

Are you kidding me!!! Tony's has one of the best pizza pies south of Brooklyn!!! The cookie cutter pizza places are awful around here and they are everywhere. But when you have someone and someplace that has been making the same great pizza for 20 years and I have known them that long.....you stay loyal, as have I. Prices are good, the food is great and Brad will custom order anything you can imagine as he's done with my Special Cookie's Greek salad for years. Try it..you won't be disappointed. I've gone there many times for lunch with people as it is close to where we work. I consider the pepperoni pizza to taste like cardboard. Domino's and Papa John's pizza, by comparison, has a lot more taste, and seem far spicier. The other people I work with like their sausage.\r \r The spaghetti is okay fair and it is cheap, but not the thing to order to go, especially if you do not want cheese on it, and you specifically ask to NOT have cheese on it, as it will have cheese on it. This to go order was made additionally unedible because a long strand of hair was lying on the top of the salad.\r \r I called them to see if they can deliver a replacement, correct order, however, I was met with a lot of attitude and told to bring it back for them and they would ""consider"" replacing the food with what I ordered. Since I was unable to leave work that day, I got to go hungry instead.\r \r I give a lot of props to a place that makes a mistake, and is willing to correct it, after all, we're human, we all make a mistake now and again. However, for a place we regularly eat at to be so confrontational, and not willing to fix their mistake, it is the sign of a business that doesn't respect their customer.\r \r Pros: Good prices. Cons: Don't call them if you're order is sent wrong. more

Visited Tony's Pizza on 441 this afternoon, The pizza was AWESOME!! Great big slices, plenty of toppings, couldnt have asked for a better piece! Everyone had a smile, and the place was very nice for a pizzeria. I am definitely going back, infact maybe this week. A+ I recommend, Tony's Pizza ! last 3 times to Tony's the pizza was as average as 98% of the other pizza in South Florida. The pizza guy said they hired a new person who doesn't cook it like they normally do. Oh well, it was good while it lasted. Drop a note if they fix the pizza. more
