I am updating this review after a recent visit in August 2007. The restaurant has been remodeled somewhat, and the service has been greatly improved over my past visits. The staff seemed much more competent. This restaurant is truly unique in Pueblo, the menu is written on chalkboards and is subject to change with each visit. This is a good thing. It keeps the experience unique. It's also a small restaurant, you're best advised to make reservations. The bread and salads are EXCELLENT. The Steaks are of good quality, and always VERY flavorful. I've never had a bad meal in this restaurant, only iffy service from time to time. They've obviously done work to improve that though. I highly recommend this place to out of towners because of it's proximity to the Northside Hotels, and I've always liked this place better than some of the other steakhouses on the Northside of town.
Pros: Food, Location, Intimate, Small Restaurant
Cons: Parking, Sometimes Iffy Service
