Tony did an excellent job for me and my kids. I found out that no one really wins in divorce court but I felt that the job my attorney did was outstanding. He was very focused on the needs of my kids and avoided histrionics and gameplaying I saw from the other attorney for almost nine months. I felt like our strategy made sense and in the end I was very pleased with the order that came out. I ended up with the kids most of the time which I felt was best for them. My ex-husband demanded equal time and would not bend. In the end, he received very little time because he was not focused on the kids but on his wallet. My attorney did a good job of painting a true portrait of the source of our family problems and of our very different commitment levels when it came to taking care of the kids. Thank you, thank you! more

Knows the law, super awesome in court, gave really good advice. I strongly recommend my lawyer to anyone going through a divorce or custody battle. more

My marriage ended in a divorce. I tried to do it myself and the process was too complicated. I got nailed at our first hearing by my ex's lawyer and the judge told me I should think about getting a lawyer. My cousin recommended Tony Jarrett and I ended up hiring him. He seemed to know the law well and was available by phone and email whenever I needed to reach him. At our last hearing, he undid the damage from the first round and the outcome was way better. I felt like the judge was fair to both parties but I'm sure that would not have happened if I didn't have a lawyer. Get yourself a lawyer to level the playing field and if you need a good lawyer, I highly recommend my guy. more

This guy was for real. Kick-butt litigator. I thought I was watching one of those TV dramas as he went up against my ex. Ripped apart my ex's testimony and objected to all the crapola that the other attorney kept throwing out and the judge kept agreeing with Tony. One thing is for sure. The judge knew my guy and agreed with what we asked for. For what it's worth, I recommend my attorney because he knows how to get the job done the right way. more

Bad mistake that is costly 11/29/2010

I think he pick and choose who he really want to help out as a client and take all your money worth if you are the unlucky. He missed his appointment with me many times and claim that I was in the wrong even if I EMAIL the date, time and location many times. He takes advantage of his female clients who are in an emotional stage. He doesn't read any of your emails but will charged you a really high bill. You end up doing most of the work while he takes your money. I had to find out that my court date changed by call all the clerks in the courtroom. I did all the leg work that I had to learn on the internet while I was going to the most emotional thing that happened in my life. I was in an emotional stage and short on time so it was my fault I didn't do the research. I just hope that any female out there in my situation does her homework and hopefully had more time than I did. Plus the money. Just know that if you pick him, make sure you get your money worth and WRITE everything down. I wrote things down but I can tell by his response that he didn't pay attention to what I need from him. He twisted my words around so much. making divorce longer and painful. I just wanted an amicable divorced since I wasn't the one who wanted the divorced in the first place. Yet Tony really wanted his money so he made the situation worst. Oh, he will be there in court but the before and afterward - NO. Good luck. Better yet, find somebody else. more

Best family lawyer you'll find! 5/27/2010

My only regret about being represented by Tony Jarrett is that I didn't find him two years ago when my child custody and support case started! In two weeks, he set my mind more at ease and got more accomplished than the attorney I had before him for 1.5 years. Don't waste your time with other lawyers because they might be less expensive. That's what I did at first, and if I'd had Mr. Jarrett from the get-go, I probably would have spent less in the long-run because he is efficient and does it right the first time. Mr. Jarrett was referred to me by my bank teller when she noticed I was cashing child support checks in January with ""Nov. support"" in the memo. She promised I wouldn't regret calling him, and I can't stress enough that you won't either! Family cases are exhausting and stressful. Hire Mr. Jarrett and leave court smiling rather than crying. It's worth it. Pros: Organized, confident, efficient, knowlegeable Cons: I didn't find him soon enough! more
