We are very sorry that you did not have a good time at Tony Cao Salon on the Sunday April 3, 2011.. But your comments are not correct.. Let us clear up what happen that day. First, keep in mind this was Sunday the day we don't open. We opened as a favor to you as a loyal customer. Second, there was only supposed to be you and a "few people". We ended up with a total of 9 women and 1 man. Of course we were understaff to handle that kind of capacity. You had seven updo and style for the ladies regular price $75 per person we charge you $350 ($50 per person). One woman hair cut $45. One person had highlight, haircut $140, eyebrow wax $15. One man hair cut $25. Two ladies got a makeover $55 each (total $110). That concludes all service that was given.. Now come all the products that was purchase: two eyelashes $15 each, $35 designer headband, $45 butterfly hairclip, $50 for 2 crystal shoe clips, $69 sterling silver bracelet, two $40 black crystal bracelet (total $80). Total for all service and merchandise was $1004.50. You had a store credit of $212.33. So the final total came out to $792.17. Tip was $100.
We usally let comments like this go because we believe that the good we do overall will alway out weight the bad. Bottom line is we came in on our day off to show our appreciation for our loyal customer. Another thing that you don't know is a family member had a baby that day.. which was second to our customer. Tony had a serious stomach flu and still tried to keep it together to make sure everybody needs were taken care of. The amount of money that was generated that day way not that important. We were there to service our customer. The cost overall was not that much for the service and merchandise on a Sunday(Dayoff). If you had a problem with what we did tell us directly.. We show you the respect and appreciation by come out a day that we could have been spending with a new family member. I think it would only be right if you show us the same.
