The workmanship is great, and everything Toney's Carpet did was wonderful, but Bobby never returns calls. He has given us the worst of all the experiences we have had in the past. It was disappointing. We asked the painter and Bobby to coordinate their schedules, and when the painter said Bobby will be here on Saturday, Bobby didn't show up until Monday. Also, when we call Bobby, we can't speak to him directly, and it might be the next day or two until we're able to communicate with him. I don't know if he is too busy or what, but you would think that with a $10,500 order he wouldn't treat us the way he did.
Again, the quality of the work was good, and the detail was very good. The floors are beautiful, and the carpeting is lovely. They did a great job on all that, and they are great to work with and have around. But from a service standpoint, Bobby needs to improve his communication.

Let me begin by giving our sincere apology to the May's. This job had a 4 day time frame, which meant the painter and flooring installers were in each other's way. Bobby communicated to the painter that he would not come Saturday because we would be in each others way. The message did not get relayed to the May's. Bobby has since spoke with the May's and they were under a lot of pressure to get many things done. We at Toney's Carpet are not perfect, but we always make sure that the customer is satisfied upon completion of the job. Bobby went by to see the May's and they are completly satisfied.
