Everyone here cares so much about their customers getting a deep understanding of their bodies and finding strength and health. They have wonderful classes and a great atmosphere, very knowledgable instructors more

This is a great place to go for Pilates and Dance Yoga. The studio is located in central Santa Rosa making if convenient. The class schedule is varied making it easy to find a time to fit your schedule. The staff are great to work with and they are outstanding trainers. more

  • Hours: 21 hours of instruction. Instruction is on Saturdays and Sundays from 1 to 4pm. The last Sunday of class is not included as this is set aside for the Teacher Path written and practical exam.
