I do not support them.Got a quiot over the phone 125.00 drove all the way there 20miles thay told me 220.00,i told them Tom said 125.00 and thay said tom gives lots of bad estments. Can't do anything for you.Very poor service. Will never go back there. more

DO NOT deal with this company. The posts below indicate their lack of integrity. But beyond that, I learned, first hand, that they rude. The woman who answered the phone needs to learn the Golden Rule. What's even more frightening, is she's proud of her behavior. more

Purchased a new trailer 6 Months ago, 1/14/2012

Purchased a new trailer 6 Months ago, Tom told me don't worry about the water inside, we had a driving rain while I was looking at them . I ordered a custom one and it leaks when it rains, especially when I am driving in the rain! Had it repaired and now it leaks in several more spots. After close inspection, The RC Factory assembles the trailer then caulks everything when complete. BAD IDEA! Sealant should be used during construction to prevent leaks, Not after! Gaps are opening up everywhere and leaks badly. I will have to take off all trim pieces and open up all seams, use a quality sealant and put back together along with new door seals to stop the leaking. RC DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO MAKE TRAILER! more

Tried to rent a trailer and was quoted 12/23/2011

Tried to rent a trailer and was quoted one price and then a higher price a week later. Tom himself told me he was a poor businessman and then hung up. Little did he realize I was also in the market to buy a trailer. It won't be from him! more
