Went in to get my car aligned, they said it would take an hour. 2 1/2 hours go by and I call back and they say they couldn't align it because the suspension is messed up. I go up ...

Terrible 4/20/2012

Went in to get my car aligned, they said it would take an hour. 2 1/2 hours go by and I call back and they say they couldn't align it because the suspension is messed up. I go up there to pick my car up and they say it needs $1500 worth of repairs. The car didn't need anything done to it besides the alignment. Even if it did the total cost of a front end suspension cost would be around $300, so here did the extra $1200 come from? Absolute cons more

Inexpensive and Quick 6/14/2010

Went to Tom's Tire World because of the other two reviews. Five stars is correct. The personnel at TTW were knowledgeable, polite, and, when listing prices, gave us the LOWEST first. What more could you ask? Well, the entire building was clean and well kept, there were numerous staff members to help customers, and we were in and out in 45 minutes. Well done.
