Tom's Ford

I've purchased a few vehicles in my lifetime. I ordinarily am on the defensive each time I visit a car dealership. A friend referred me to Tom's Ford to purchase my next car. Trusting my friend and knowing I don't have much to lose, I gave them a shot. I was completely blown away at the layout of the place (leather couches in the waiting room, nice hardwood floors, friendly staff). My salesman Bernie was very coureous and helped me pick exactly what I was looking for. I took my brand new Five Hundred home and have been in love ever since. I truly do not understand the woman's comments prior to mine. The service drive was organized, professional, and wound up being more thorough and LESS EXPENSIVE then the other repair shops I've visited. I would refer Tom's Ford to anyone in my family and want to thank the Tom's Ford family for treating me exactly like, well....FAMILY. more

One of the worst dealerships I have ever dealt with. I have a van that is less than 3 years old and has had nothing but problems. I had my tires rotated and oil changed on time, with them, for over a year. One day, I went to a more convenient automotive shop. They were able to tell me that my tires had NEVER been rotated, despite my paying for it over and over. They could show me where my tires and never been worn. It was awful! more
