It was a very easy process with Tom's Floor Store. They helped us pick out a very nice carpet, and installed it for us. They were really good about measuring the carpets accurately. They also stretched our carpets. They were very professional. more

Tom's Floor Store installed Vinyl Flooring into two rooms for us. The guys in the store were very helpful and gave us good advice on the flooring we selected. The installers did a great job and the whole experience was pretty great. more

I would recommend them 9/9/2014

I used Tom's Floor Store to install new flooring in a rental home. They have great customer service and the office staff was very helpful. They came and did exactly what they said they would and everything was completed on time. Their prices are competitive with the other flooring stores in the area. more

Good Service. Friendly people. 9/5/2014

I worked with Lisa over at Tom's Floor Store, and she was really great. She knew what she was talking about. She helped me select linoleum flooring for a few rooms in my house. The installation took about 4 hours. The installers did a good job lining the patterns against the wall, and keeping the flooring parallel. At first it didn't seem like the flooring was glued down very well, but, it smoothed out. They changed a flooring threshold in part of our kitchen, but did not change the threshold in another part of the kitchen. Those two thresholds no longer match, but that's ok. Overall, it was a good service, and they were friendly people. more

Outstanding quality and service. 9/2/2014

My entire experience with Tom's was exceptional. Lisa was host helpful and creative in helping me select the best flooring for my condo. The installation crew went the extra mile to add finishing touches that makes our flooring look outstanding. I will use Tom's for my next flooring issue and I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone that is considering a new flooring project. Ken Hill more

Great Service 9/2/2014

We had Lisa help us pick out carpet and tile for our new house. She stayed after hours and was very patient with us, not only did she wait for us, she was just overall easy to work with. We went into another store earlier that week, and they refused to even look up at us. When i told our builder this, he sent us to Lisa! more

Great selection. Clean installation. Best flooring service out there. 11/26/2013

We went to Tom's Floor Store when we needed new tiling for our home. They had a great selection. We were able to find and purchase exactly what we were looking for. We hired them to install the tiles in our kitchen, laundry room, and bathrooms. The project took a couple of days. They arrived right at the time they told us they would be there. They cleaned up after their work each day. They did a really beautiful job. We have had other flooring done by other companies, but Tom's Floor Store is probably the best service we've ever had. We will use them again if we need more flooring done. more

Great place to go and would recommend to all my friends 11/20/2013

We went around and got several offers for getting our floors done. We were mostly going to big box stores because we thought we'd get better deals but we found that they were often twice what Tom's Floor Store offered and with way better quality of product. We couldn't believe how much better they were. I met Lisa and we hit it off right away. She did the estimate for free while Lowe's charged forty dollars. Lowe's estimate was so high, we went to Tom's to see if this was the standard price and found that their estimate, done for free, was half that of Lowe's. We were happy with the price so the guys came out the next day we called to do the measurements and prepare to do the job. They got done right when they said they would. They were really nice people. more

We love our new floor. 11/19/2013

When we first were looking around and trying to figure out what we were going to do, we liked Tom's Floor Store's prices. They were just so nice when we went in there also. They helped us and were patient, showing us lots of different options. The guy they had do the flooring was a perfectionist, so that was good too. When we finally decided to go with them, we didn't have to wait months. It was a very short period of time from when we purchased the flooring to when they came in and did the work for us. They took out all if our old carpeting and cleaned it up, and then they put in this vinyl flooring that looks like wood. It's beautiful. I would highly recommend going over to Tom's Floor Store and checking them out. more

We got our new carpet and laminate flooring from Tom's Floor Store. They were very easy to work with! They were easy to get in touch with and had good communication. Everything happened as they said it would. Their customer service is much better than big box stores! more

Tom's Floor Store handled the whole flooring job for a new house I was building. They made it very easy and were helpful with selecting products. They were also timely, did what they said they would do and showed up when they were supposed to. They did a great job. more

Great service, quality, and selection 3/13/2013

We starting remodeling our home about 4 years ago and our contractor recommended Tom's Floor Store to us for new flooring and rugs. We started using them at that point in time and have been so happy with their service, quality, and selection. Their installers are good at what they do and the sales people (Lisa and Julie) are wonderful to work with and very pleasant and knowledgeable. more

Knowledgeable installers and good flooring products 2/13/2013

We purchased carpeting and marble/linoleum from Tom's Floor Store. Lisa was amazing to work with as is Tom. Their installers know what they are doing and as a contractor I don't want to work with inexperienced workers, so I really value the people from Tom's Floor Store. more
