I would have refrained from writing this review, however the experience only proved to be ongoing. I am a caregiver for two seniors. The first appt. Was in October. When we arrived on time, we found the waiting are completely packed. There were literally NO available chairs and the patients were all complaining. Needless to say, without adding my frustration, my charge took a seat on her walker/chair as we found a place in front of the seated patients and I uncomfortably stood beside her. Well, with paperwork completed and prepared for a routine exam our scheduled appt. unpleasantly turned into a 3 hour wait with no apologies or explanation to all of us waiting. Now understand that this was a new patient not only to Palm Coast but also to this Doctor. When we were finally called (we were the last in the waiting area) my charge was in tears and clearly upset - she was being scheduled for sn implant surgery the following week in Daytona and sign this, fo that, use these drops oh snd by the way it's out-of-pocket because this type of surgery isn't covered by insurance! Are you kidding me... No previous history, no files forwarded /reviewed I could not believe this, AND to top it all off here's s pamphlet to read over prior to your surgery, come a little early and we can explain more of what will be happening. I will say no more. Moral of my story: Dr. Kennedy was going on vacation the next day - no one ever called about the surgery appt. we did not attend. My charge now has another Dr. who completely found no reason fir implant surgery and ps. he even thought it was a great idea to look over the eye health history of my charge and requested her files from her previous Dr. Enough said.
