Absolutely delicious! My husband and I are Sushi fanatics and after five years in Orlando we found this quaint restaurant. The service is friendly, the sushi is fresh (always!) and delicious! The price are incredibly affordable. Right now, it is important to be selective and spend your money wisely. This restaurant is worth every penny for its Sushi! Great food and great service; it can't get much better... 7/23/2006

This is one of the best Japanese restaurants in Florida. It is small, but the food is great and the service is terrific. I really like the Miso soup because it is never too salty and the seaweed is cooked just right so that it isn't mushy or too hard to chew. I have never had to wait for a table and never feel uncomfortable asking for a fork ;-) Go here, you will love it! Pros: Great Miso Soup, Great Service, Excellent Presentation more

Excellent! 5/25/2006

I've been eating sushi for years and have been to sushi restaurants all across the US and around the world. The food and experience at Tomo Sushi is top notch. The atmoshere is relaxed and fun, the food is very creative and fresh and always a work of art. I've never been disappointed with anything we've ordered and Singapore Pete always has something new and exciting to try! Everyone there was very welcoming from the first time I set foot in the door and they've been a joy to get to know. I now call them my friends and look forward to eating there each time. I highly recommend Tomo Sushi! more

Lousy food - Lousy people 5/11/2006

This has got to be the worst sushi place on the planet. The food was lousy and the servers were idiots. Don't waste your time or money here. We ate the basic rolls and put up with some nasty miso. We will not be back!! Cons: rude more

Love this place. 3/26/2006

This place is awesome. My girlfriend and I go here at least once a week. The owner and staff are great people and they have some of the best sushi we have ever had. Great menu too: Lots of different rolls and some great apps (try the seabass). The only bad thing (i suppose) is that Tomo is a bit hidden. We actually found it by chance. It is not visible from the street, so just look for the Publix plaza on Hiawassee. Pros: awesome food, great menu, excellent staff more

Orlando's best kept secret. I've been dining at various sushi restaurants for the past 7 years. I had yet to call a sushi restaurant my absolute favorite. I dine here at least 3 times a week now. Kind service, Terrific food! 2/7/2006

I took my two children and the Tomo staff were so accomodating! We had lots of sushi, some appetizers and tempura from the kitchen. Everything was fresh and great, even well-timed. The sushi rolls are quite large for the price, and not just full of rice either! The location stinks but the inside is quite nice! Pros: service, food quality, inside decor Cons: location more

Great sushi at a cozy place 1/23/2006

My 2 friends and I just visited this great sushi restaurant last night. The atmosphere was great and the friendly family style service was A+++++!!! They have many different styles of rolls and great teryaki (if you are into the cooked thing). We will be visiting again soon!
