This rental turned into a nightmare. We decided on the free ride for the whole family (2 kids, 2 adults) because it was cheaper and we were newbies, so we just wanted to screw around in a small place at our own pace. On top of the $300 deposit on each ($1200 total), they made us sign a blank credit card slip (I'm still not sure why I did this...) for any additional damages. Then some brand spanking new employee filled out our damage reports and we were on our way. We had a great time...for about 20 minutes. One of the kids ATVs kept stalling then finally I couldn't get it started, so they sent over a mechanic who looks over the ATV and he says ""You rolled it!"". I said ""Nope"". He says ""Well, it's broken."" Then Kim, the office manager (watch out for this woman, don't get on her bad-side if you can) says ""Well, I got your money and you're gonna pay for the damages!"" then she goes on the rant where she was rude and sarcastic and she even put in a few quotes about God. \r

If you do decide to rent, go for the guided tour as the tour guides we came across seem awesome (like Shane) and I think they don't require the huge deposit. Also, inquire what ""roll-over"" damage looks like and inspect the ATVs yourself, don't rely on some just-hired employee who was watching the safety video with you to get it right.
Pros: tour guides, value
Cons: customer service, professionality
