GREAT New York style pizza (the real deal). 6/28/2006

I grew up in Brooklyn and while we did not invent pizza, we did perfect it. Tommy Angelo's is the real thing! Not like those places that advertise ""New York style"". Everything at Tommy's is great. Don't forget the calzones! They use the best ingredients and real home made recipes, not like the pizza chains. And if you ask for pineapple on your pizza, they will probably tell you to take a hike. Meatball sub, calzone and pizza positively perfect 6/15/2006

The pizza and calzones are perfect. Being from Jersey good pizza is just a way of life. Walked in here one day due to the wonderful aroma since it smelled like home, and I have been coming back since. The best part is knowing I won't see a pizza with pineapple and ham on it and being told it is authentic pizza. The white pizza is great for those who have a problem with the acid in the tomatoes. Can't pass this one up. 12/24/2003

Hving lived in jersey for mosst of my life, the pizza is remarkable. But you leave the state and you might as well forget about the taste. That what I thougth until I found Tommy Angelo's. the food, the people. I thought I was back in Jersey. You have to eat there to experience the feel of being back home. the calzone is out of this world, and the pizza, well I swear i could smell the ocean while I ate it. Just like back on the boardwalk. MUST GO AND EAT THERE OR YOU WILL MISS OUT. Pros: HOURS, TASTE, ATMOSPHERE more
