Tomball Dodge Experience/ Chris Marino 10/26/2010

I have been in the process of looking for a new vehicle for quite some time now. I recently went to Tomball Dodge where I met Chris Marino. I cannot express to you the great experience I had. It is very hard to find a car salesperson that I don't feel like I am being pushed into buying a vehicle. Chris was NOT pushy at all. He spent quality time with me and answered all the questions I had thoroughly, and I had allot of questions. It is very hard to find good customer service these days and Chris Marino provided me just that. If anyone asks me where do I recommend to buy a vehicle...I will say Tomball Dodge and make sure they ask for Chris Marino. Thanks to Chris my road has finally come to an end in looking for a car dealership.\r more

Awesome Experience 10/26/2010

I was out car shopping, and to me that is kinda like going to the dentist and having a tooth pulled. After shopping around a few dealerships and ending up with that dentist feeling, I decieded to make on more stop at Tomball Dodge and have a look around, as soon as i pulled into the lot her comes a young salesman all full of smiles and i thought Oh boy here we go. But he greated me with a handshake and said if i had any questions just ask but first take your time to look around at our vehicles first, That impressed me right of the bat i walked the lot for about an hr. believe it or not undisturb and had a few questions to ask. So i went back to that young salesman ( Chris Marino) ask my questions and ended up driving off in a new vehicle. Thank you Mr. Marino for showing me how different Tomball Dodge is from all the other dealerships i have been to. I know when it is time for me to buy another new vehicle where my first and only stop will be. more

I visited the dealership last week and was approach by a very nice saleman named Robert Parker. He is a great saleman, very polite and knows his stuff. I was only looking that day but I DO plan on go back in the next week to purchase. I look forward to working with Mr. Parker. In the past I haven't had a good experience with car salesmen. I know this purchase will be GREAT, because Mr Parker is a wonderful sales person. more

I recently purchased a car at Tomball Dodge and dealt with Beverly. I hate shopping for new vehicles and she made my experience one of the best I've ever had! She went above and beyond to be sure that I was happy with my choice and comfortable at the dealership. She was very patient with me and did not push me into anything I would not be happy in.
