I have trained in martial arts for 13 years, all over the world. I lived in Thailand for 4 years and competed exstensively in Muay Thai Kickboxing. I am also a brown belt in Gracie Jiu-Jitsu. I work out of the country, so I have to train in alot of different schools. If I had to pick one school to train at, Tomaso's Martial Arts would be that school. Mr. Tomaso truly has the best understanding of the skills needed to for self defense and for competition. He is one of the most well rounded instructors out there.
