Tomaino Appraisal was never investigated by the FBI for mortgage fraud. We did do an appraisal for a Minnie F. Sexton which did not appraise for the value the homeowner expected. In the last 25 years of being in the appraisal business Tomaino Appraisal has never had a law suite filed against them and has never been involved with a trial in US District Court. more
