My sales advisor and other personnel at Tom Williams BMW presented an experience that knocked my socks off. I truly had not thought about a BMW until a coworker who is a close friend suggested that I look at one and gave me the name of a sales advisor at TWBMW. Up to that point I had looked at a lot of other brands in a variety of price ranges and had decided to purchase a new car in the fall. Another friend I was talking to said “Why don’t you buy a new car now instead of waiting?” That was the kick that I needed. I called a client advisor at TWBMW and gave him the specifics of what I was looking for. Colors, options, and the fact that I wanted to purchase my vehicle the very next day. I spent a lot of time studying up on the BMW 3 series. When I got to TWBMW the next morning, the advisor had pulled cars that met my specs and it was easy to choose the right car for me. I was WOWED by the way Tom Williams presents the purchased vehicle to the buyer after all the paperwork had been done. The four wall glass room, sign with my name on it, and the unveiling made me feel very special. I felt I had become part of a very exclusive club. I have had my 328i for exactly two weeks and I have learned a lot about BMW and how special it is. Knowing BMW includes a 4-year maintenance is terrific, but knowing my car will notify me when it needs maintenance is even better. I can go on and on and already have to friends and coworkers about my new car. I had never thought of purchasing a BMW previously. Wish I had done this years ago. The BMW “joy in driving” theme is certainly on the mark. It is fun to drive again and I do take the long way home now.
