ON SEPTEMBER 26, 2009 SAT/4:00PM, MY HUSBAND AND I WENT TO THE NEIGHBOR HOOD TOM THUMB, WE JUST MOVED IN THE AREA ABOUT 2MOS AGO, I PERFER WALMART ON FOREST LN, BECAUSE OF FRESH PRODUCE, AND CHEAPER PRICES, SO WE DECIDED TO GO TO TOM THUMBS THIS DAY BECAUSE OF CONVENICE, WE WAITED IN LINE, ON A BUSY SAT, AS WE CHECKED OUT, THE YOUNG LADY DIDN'T SAY HELLO, KISS MY OR NOTHING, SHE PROCESSED TO RING UP ITEMS, WHEN SHE GOT TO THE MEAT, SHE CHECKER LISA THROW MY MEAT IN THE BAG, AS IF SHE DIDN'T WANT TO TOUCH THE ITEMS, I ASK HER NOT TO THROW MY FOOD IN THE BAG, AND SHE WENT ON TO SAY THAT SHE COULD NOT TOUCH CERTAIN MEATS OR FOOD, SO I ASK HER IF YOU CAN'T TOUCH CERTAIN ITEMS WHY ARE YOU CHECKING & WHY DON'T YOU HAVE GLOVES ON, SHE SHOULD HAVE BEEN TRAINED ON HOW TO HANDLE CERTAIN ITEMS SHE COULD HAVE EASY ASK ME TO PUT THE ITEMS IN THE BAG, OR SHE COULD HAVE USE ONE OF THE PLASTIC BAG, WHICH MEAT IS SURPOSED TO BE BAG IN A SEPERATE BAG. SHE STORMED AWAY FORM THE REGISTER, SAID SHE DON'T HAVE TO TAKE THIS, AND LEFT US HIGH AND DRY. A MANAGER MS TUCKER WAS CALLED TO THE FRONT TO CHECK INSTEAD OF TRYING TO FIGURE OUT WHAT WAS GOING ON SHE IGNORED THAT WE WERE IN THE OTHER LANE AND THAT LINE WAS BAGGED UP, SO I TOOK IT UPON MYSELF TO SAY SOMETHING TO THE MANAGER. I ASK HER WHERE DID THE OTHER GIRL GO, SHE SAID I DON'T KNOW AND CONTIUNE TO CHECK, LEAVING US STANDING THERE, SO ONE OF THE OTHER CHECKERS CLOSE HER LANE AND CAME DOWN TO OUR LANE TO FINISH CHECKING US, I TOLD RUTH THE NICE ONE SHE ACTED LIKE MORE OF A MANAGER THEN THE OTHER MANAGER MS. TYLER. AND SHE DIDN'T EVEN TRY TO APOLIGIZE TO ME AT ALL, INSTEAD SHE DECIDED SHE WAS GOING TO TELL THE CUSTOMERS SHE WAS RINGING UP WHAT WAS GOING ON, WHEN SHE DIDN'T KNOW WHAT WAS GOING ON. SO MS TYLER (MANAGER)DECIDED SHE WAS GOING TO STOP JUST TO ARGUE WITH ME, ABOUT WHAT SHE SHOULD HAVE DONE, SO I YELLED BACK WHILE YOU YELLING BACK AND FORWARD WITH ME YOU NEED TO BE TRYING TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR CUSTOMER INSTEAD OF TRYING TO MAKE FUN OF ME. SO SHE FINALLY REALIZE SHE NEED TO SHUT HER MOUTH. MS. TYLER FINALLY CLOSED HER REGISTER, AS WE CONTIUNE TO CHECK OUT SHE WALKED RIGHT PAST OUT REGISTER AND DIDN'T SAY A DAMN THING, NO APOLIGY, NO MS IM FREE NOW WHAT HAPPEN. NOTHING.
