I have been doing business with Tom Tepe in Milan for some time. Jeff, my salesman, is always fair and easy to deal with. I drive the 23 miles to Milan and pass other service centers to have my vehicles serviced there as well. I am happy to do it because Dennis, the Service manager, takes the time to talk to me and remembers my name in addition to taking care of my car. I have bought my last 3 trucks and my wife has purchased her last 2 cars there as well. I don't see that changing. Only wish other stores outside of car dealerships had the service that Tepe gives me. Thanks again for your help Dennis and Jeff. I love my truck. more

Best car deals ever 7/16/2007

Great service, Pride is seen in all they do. Cant find a better deal anywhere. I would send anyone there. It has a great atmosphere and friendly service Pros: People and Price Cons: I wanted a car and a truck, but my boss doesn't pay me enough more
