Repair Service 08-05-16 8/3/2016

SteaveH and Terry McCann were very professional . Service was excellent. Explained in detail the 3 options of repair for kitchen drain problem. Repair was completed in a timely manner.Seemed very competent executing the the repair. Their people skills were excellent,had a family problem during the repair time, they handled the family conflict so professionally,eased a very stressful situation with their quite talking to both parties .These gentlemen are a asset to your company. Will definitely use Tom Drexler's Plumbing for all future repair needs. more

Long Hot Day for Hard Worker 8/1/2016

Brad S. and his coworker were to install a new furnace in my attic so the blower could make the AC function again. The former AC company did some careless work, leaving Brad to rewire some old mistakes, replace some parts he shouldn't have had to replace, etc. They worked hard all day in a HOT attic and got the job done. It was much more complicated (and more trouble by far) than he anticipated. Many thanks! more

Alvin C the "AC" guy 7/1/2016

I went from being very hot to being cold. And I'm thankful for that cause it's already hot outside, don't need it to be hot inside too. Alvin C. was a true professional. I enjoyed his calm demeanor and his desire to explain everything to you. You could tell by his movements that the outcome was going to come out just great. When all was done, when all had been checked, when all was working, he just drove off, sorta like into the sunset, kinda made me sad to see him go. more

Faucet Leaks 6/26/2016

Erik was friendly and professional. Our faucets are close to antiques and it took some heroic effort to get them fixed on a Saturday.
