Several years ago, we had our living room and hallway carpeted by Tolliver`s. After a short while a seam in the living room began to ravel. After several attempts, Mike finally stopped the raveling. Since the hallway was a heavy traffic area, I had a clear plastic runner covering it from the beginning. About two weeks ago I removed the runner and saw that another seam was raveling, about 3-4 feet from the other seam that raveled. This made me wonder, why there was another seam ? Did that use scraps to cover my floor? On Monday 11/7/2016 I called Tolliver`s and was told that Mike would be in in about 30 minutes, the normal reply when you call the store with a problem. I waited for two days for Mike to return my call, it didn`t happen. I again called the store on Wednesday 11/9/2016 and was told that Mike was not there and that he had been given my earlier message and that it would once again be relayed to him. Again, I waited two days with no call from Mike or anyone from the store. At this point, 11/11/2016, I wrote Mike a letter explaining my problem, still no response as of today, 11/21/2016. To say that I am disappointed is an understatement. I had my carpet installed by a local dealer rather than a big company so as to give a local business my business. I don`t understand how Tolliver`s can ignore a customer like this. My only conclusion is that my problem was caused by faulty installation or a substandard product that did not have the integrity to perform as required. I feel betrayed and ignored. A disgusted former customer.
