Tokyo is amazing. The food is phenomenal. The service is excellent. You can make reservations for two people or 16. If you don't at least fill up one table (8 people), you will probably have other people seated at your table. This is actually pretty fun, but makes it difficult to bring kids, as they can be an unwelcome guest for a couple going out for a romantic evening. So, I suggest, if your going to bring kids (especially kids under 10), to go early and not on a Friday or Saturday night. If you have more than 8, they have a piece to connect two of the tables. more

This restaurant is ideal for a small celebration, be it a birthday, graduation, anniversary, etc. Its a casual restaurant that can be as dressy as you'd like it to be. Ive worn everything from jeans to a formal gown in there, and never felt uncomfortable in either situation. Its a fun place to take someone for the first timewho hasnt experienced hibachi cooking. Be sure to check the local yellow pages for a coupon. This will save you upwards of $10. You get 2 entrees, with a selection of things like hibachi chicken and shrimp, a salad with ginger dressing, egg drop soup, and hot tea for $27.95. The ice cream is delicious, with flavors like green tea and red bean. Mmmm! You must save room for this. Also, note, they are open for lunch W-F. more
