Bliss. Sushi-loving, caviar-snacking, seaweed-noshing bliss. Unlike local health food and typpie stores, even unlike many Chinatown grocery stores, Tokyo Fish Market's seaweed is both cheap and abundant. Their kombu is the cheapest I've found anywhere. they season the salmon roe and tobiko themselves, the altter in regular (orange), wasabi (green), yuzu (yellow), and regular colored black with squid ink. And they have tons of groceries thanks to their recent expansion, including organic produce and frozen foods. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful around the large seafood counter. So wonderful!
