I found Tokyo Express on a random internet search, and had no idea that it was so close and convenient to Towson. This is a little know gem of Korean cuisine. With my mom, the source of my korean food two states away this is the best place to get a ""home cooked"" korean meal. If you are interested in trying something new or already love korean food, please give this place a try. You will not be disappointed! As an American who married a Korean, I have experienced every Korean restaurant in the Baltimore Metro area. This one is by far the best, hands down! All of my Korean co-workers and their friends will also agree. The amazing chef at Tokyo serves the most AUTHENTIC and FRESHEST cuisine anywhere around. His stews are unrivaled! The Kimchi Chigae, Dwen Jang Chigae, and Jam Pong are to die for! The flavor explodes in your mouth! Other excellent selections would include: Shrimp tempura roll, haemul pajun (perfect texture) and kalbi gop dol bi bim bap.
