Toddler University

Absolutely horrible. managers are not friendly and probably don't even know me or my child by name. They never greet us. Left to find a more friendly location. My family is finally happy :) We found the most loving and friendly managers and staff at child time. I highly recommend to stay clear of Toddler U and go to child time, wonderful people who really do care about my children and my family. more

We started at this school with high hopes because, another mother in a Mommy Group suggested them. We have two children and have had many times of wondering who is running the business, and hiring the staff. I have a son who has made it out of the Toddler class "ALIVE" . And believe me it was ruff. My older child loves her teacher however, she is old enough to tell me when major bumps and bruises happen and how they happened. "Many times" I have picked up my so to find him very upset and his "teachers" not knowing why. (scary) At one point we were having a problem with a very unhappy child, and it turns out he is a child of one of the teachers. As a result, we are looking for other child care. GOOD LUCK! My daughter goes to TU. She will be going to the next room of the previous stated review. It doesn't matter a race of a teacher as long as they love my child. Teachers that don't even teach my daughter speak to me. It takes me 20 mins to get my daughter to want to leave.She loves her class and loves Michael's mommy, Miss Tracy and Shannon. I have always felt welcomed and valued at TU. I would recommend this place to anyone that wants their child to be loved. Pros: teachers, reading/sing alongs, numbers, letters, colors more

I am very surprised by your comment. My children have been at Toddler U for 3 years and the ladies up front greet us everyday. I have been very pleased with the attention and concern that they have for my children on a daily basis. I have also found the ladies up front to be very helpful in answering any of my questions. As working professionals who are both in the educational field we couldnt be more happy! Pros: Very friendly staff Cons: none more

If you want a summer experience for your child that includes two days of week of swimming, two days a week of field trips, this is the place for you. If you want a place for your child that is clean and bright this is the place for you. If you want a place for your child where teasing is acceptable (because after all, all kids tease), this is the place for you. If you want a place where your child goes wild in a room "supervised" by a bored teen or two, this is the place for you! Bottom line: the intent here is great, but with over 200 children enrolled, it's a bit too big to have a very controlled environment. I have a 2 children that attend this center on a full-time basis. We have been there since our children were infants. We our very pleased with the over all day to day activities our children participate in while in their care. They have a wonderful facility with an inground pool and a gym. Our children love the ladies who run it. The teachers have always been friendly and seem to really enjoy their jobs. We would never go anywhere else. Way to go Toddler U. more
