If you are involved in a project with this contractor, ask him how many homes he's been dismissed from. It's more than one you can be assured. Precision Craft Loghomes recommended this builder and failed to stand behind their direction. SHAME on them as well. The classic example of a poor contractor. This company by far has been on of the worst contractors my husband and I have had the not so pleasant pleasure to deal with. He did nothing except frame our home. We did all price comparisons, located most of the subcontractors, compared bids, corrected design errors or changes. All of our subcontractors had issues, from directions on job site to getting paid. He never listened to what we wanted in our home and never checked the quality of the work provided by subcontractors. He is by far a great salesman when it comes to pitching the sell, but you will not get what you bargained for your home will end up exceedingly over budget with problems with subcontractors to liens on your home. From his poor budgeting skills and lack of management skills of a project you will be better seeking the skills or another more qualified contractor. more
