Today's Limousine

We got a 10 passenger limo as a surprise for my sons first concert.... We had 3 adults and 5 children.... Limo was early, which i expected him to be late as my house is near impossible to find, very impressed.... Our driver, Dame, offered to help us carry things to the limo that we were taking, he drove very responsibly, was not bothered by the kids talking his ear off or singing very loudly. We went to dinner before concert and was back out front to pick us up within seconds of us letting him know we were done. Same with after concert. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a limo more

I gave Rick at Today's Limo all of the necessary information via email in order to work up a quote for me; where I was to be picked up, dropped off and the specific times. I was quoted a fee of $220 for a 6 passenger limo, and asked to call to confirm. When I called, the owner scoffed and stated that he couldn't possibly offer a limo at that price, even though his Operations Manager emailed me a quote! Utter garbage!!!! more

My wife and I just recently got married and we used Today's Limousine for our service. Our experience started when first set up an appointement to visit them at there beautiful showroom located at 2622 7th Ave Watervliet. When we arrived we met with a profesional customer service representive Joe, who helped us select a well maintained, new body style Lincoln 10 passenger. The price was very reasonable and it also included the tip and complimentary beverages. The day of our Wedding Garry our driver showed up and he was professional and courteous and even had a tux on. I have rented limousines in the past and no one compares to Today's Limousine. more

My family has been using this service since my kids were taking lunch rides to Pizza Hut when they were in the 8th grade and now one of them is already married! We have never, and I stress never, had a bad or even close to a bad experience with them. We have only really dealt with Matthew or Mike in the office but have been driven around by many of their drivers. If you want to work with a professional and reliable service then this is the one one want! P.S. I am pretty sure they are in Watervliet now, it's been about 7 months since we used them last. more

Bad: PAYING $1300 for a limo that was late all day long. Late to pick up the males, then he drove like a mad man trying to make up time. We have pictures of this. If he left the church and went directly to our house all would have been fine, we have no idea where the driver went to, but 3 cars of our guest and our photographer passed him just leaving Troy when he should have been at our house. He arrives late to our house so there is not time for anything and then tries to blame the guys NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!. Improvements: If I could do it over again I would never use such an unprofessional company. BE SMART STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Other: The flower girls are little ones and there is no car seat or seatbelt in the limo which might be fine if he drove the speed limit, but attempting the impossible leaving our house with a 25 minute drive ahead of him at the exact time my daughter should have been walking down the aisle. He again drove crazy. $1300 for a limo that was late to the house making the girls late to the church, treating the girls rude driving way too fast, broken radio, creating extreme stress. BE SMART STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!. more

We used Today's Limousine for our wedding. We rented the 14 passenger limo which did not fit 14 people. A few of the wedding party had to take their own vehicles so it ended up working out okay. It would have been a problem otherwise. The driver showed up on time and was very courteous. The limo was clean and stocked with champagne. I recommended this limo co. to my cousin for his wedding and he had a small problem with them. The wedding was an hour away from Albany and the limo was stuck in traffic. The limo didn't get to the bride's house until 40 minutes after the wedding was to start. The driver then informed my cousin that he would have to pay extra for the extra time. That was kind of crummy of them. more
