FROM START TO FINISH, I WAS THOROUGHLY IMPRESSED WITH THE PROFESSIONALISM OF THIS COMPANY. THE JOB FAR EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS AND THE PRICES WERE REASONABLE. THE FACT THAT THEY ARE LICENSED AND INSURED MADE ME FEEL MORE COMFORTABLE BECAUSE THEY STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK. I WILL DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN. more

These guys are professional, trustworthy, competent, and pleasant. Highly recommended. . I hired them to install 2 A/Cs in my apartment, so it was a pretty simple job for them. the crew arrived on time and worked quickly. was very polite and offered to take their shoes off when they saw I was in slippers. However, I didn't tell them until the last minute that I needed some plexiglass to plug the gap between my A/C and the side of the window, which is too large for the unit. So they rearranged things to come back right away to install some plexiglass, despite their very busy schedule. As a very busy individual I have no time doing cleaning chores myself I searched high and low for a reliable maid service for a reasonable price and it paid off I finally found the right one I called the office of Todays Maid to set up my initial cleaning the sales representative was very nice and helpful to best suit my needs of cleaning the apartment and then she guided me through the cleaning procedures then she got me scheduled with Viola. the maid arrived on time and did a phenomenal job a very pleasant experience Todays Maid all the way Pros: Everything Cons: 0 more

A perfect storm of incompetence=lies=overcharging and half-ass cleaning.\r \r And these are the positive things I can think of--it is really almost comical how every aspect of my transaction was not performed professionally or compotently.\r \r As previous reviewers have noted--they get lost-check.\r They are never actually there for the alotted time-check.\r The prices are bait and switch-check.\r The customer service is absurdly scatterbrained to hostile-check.\r And to top it all off-the cleaning is half-ass. I always joked i would clean a bit before the cleaning person arrived-so they didnt think i was a total slob (fact check--i am a partial slob!). WELL NOW I CLEANED FOR A SOLID 45 MINUTES AFTER THE CLEANERS LEFT!!\r I can only described the job they did-as re-arranging the dirt.\r \r Whole obvious areas were ignored while other chores were done at best clumsily.\r \r Save yourself a headache-though I almost have to laugh at the whole experience.\r \r This is my yelp review-they were posting 3 fake reviews daily until i think they got sued or something?\r \r Was this all on a reality show--hmmmm--that is the only explanation!
