Overpriced, overated, slow staff. The house band was the best part, the Tony Marques Band is what brings us back everytime we are in town. Pros: Tony Marques Band, Tony Marqu...

Terrible service. After being seated at our table on 9/11, we waited almost 30 minutes and never had a server/waiter or waitress approach our table and offer us service. And we were seated just about in the center of the place. Activity all around but not at our table. Absolutely terrible. more

Disgusting - I tried the 'world famous' fried bologna sandwich and it was dripping in butter, and very very salty. Not worth $16.99. A complete rip off. Never again. more

I feel like I'm betraying my side of the culture war by admitting this, but I liked the nachos. Sue me. more

lousy service bad food 5/29/2011

I have been to TK in Denver and had a good experience, so was excited about Las Vegas. It was the worst service I have ever had....food took forever to get, then was cold. Waitress would not come over to ask if we need more drinks, water, or for that matter to even bring our bill. We tried to talk to the manager but they said there wasn't one on duty and would be another 15 minutes for one to get there. Maybe just sitting in the bar would be ok, but definitly don't order any food! more

Second rate crowded cowboy bar. I paid $36 for 2 hamburgers that were nothing special. I'll never go there again. more

We Love This Bar!!! 11/14/2009

My best friend and I went to Vegas 2 years ago to celebrate our 40th birthdays. I talked her into going to TK's bar. We had planned on bar hopping the whole trip. We never left and went back every night of our stay. We went back last year and Jim our favorite bartender was still there. We went every night. The music is great and we have so much fun. All the customers are friendly and everyone has a great time. We have not tried the food but my aunt and mom liked it. We have already made plans to go back this year. The drinks were no higher there than any other place and there is no cover charge! Pros: Jim the Bartender more

I do love this bar 10/29/2009

I just went to Toby Keith's Restaurant in Las Vegas in August 2009, and after reading some of the reviews, I could believe I was in the same restaurant. I guess they got better because our service was fantastic, the food was great and the entertainment was great. i never saw any extras being charged even after I asked for extra dressing. Also, if you read on the menu, it said that they could only do 2 bills per table, so we new that before we even ordered. Our waitress was so nice and accomadating. I had ice tea and even thought it was in a large mason jar, it was never empty. She always kept it full, and the food came out very hot. The menu is a little pricey, but so is everything else in Vegas. I would rather eat here and get a full meal insted of paying $10 for a subway. If you are in Vegas, definately check it out. Pros: Food, service, band, more

Best place to party in Vegas 10/15/2008

My girlfriends and I went to Toby Keiths Bar and Grill in September 2008 and we loved it!!!!! We had a great dinner there with excellent service then we went and partied in the bar. The music was great. The band played country and the DJ played rock and dance so it was a great mixture. The drinks are a little expensive but well worth the price. The bartenders were geat and the the free shots were also nice. We went there on a Friday night and then we returned on Saturday night. It was the time of our lives, I only wish we had a I Love This Bar in Detroit, Michigan. We really did Love This Bar!!! Pros: The music, the bartenders and the size of the drinks more

Just wanted to make a comment about what i read above about the toby keiths i love this bar and grill 6/11/2008

I have never been to the Toby Keith's I love this Bar and Grill in Vegas but I do work at the other Toby Keith's I Love This Bar and Grill, and I had read some comments people left... people come in and can be very rude sometimes...if you have never been a waitress you don't understand how difficult it can get. Yeah most think oh well you take my order, put it in, bring my food, check on me and get me refills, but it can be much more then that and can get overwhelming and hectic. People want things right then and there....sometimes it just doesn't happen that way. I don't know the situation... but a person can only go so fast. Maybe the waitress was new or was getting her butt kicked...anyway's I just wanted to say something about that comment, go easy on people you never know the situation. I'm not trying to say anything bad about anyone's opinion I just thought I would state my own. more

I Hate This Bar & Grill 2/26/2008

I am a huge fan of Vegas and the awesome food the town has to offer... but sometimes you just want some good old fashioned American food. And that is not easy to find on the strip. So we decided to check out I Love This Bar & Grill. Pros: Country Fans will love it; and girl that tosses bottles around at the bar for entertainment Cons: Horrible, slow, dumb service; below-average food more

Best B-B-Q Sandwich 11/8/2007

We are from RI and planned to have dinner at Toby's I LOVE THIS BAR the night before our wedding in Vegas. The atmosphere was so much fun, and the excitement of being at Toby's place (we are huge Toby fans) with all of the memorabilia, music, laughter, food was beyond belief! My sister quietly left a message for the live band to dedicate a song to my future husband and myself, next thing I know they asked us to come up to the dance floor while they played ""You Shouldn't Kiss Me Like This"". I thought I had gone to heaven! The food was unbelievably delicious (voted by everyone in our party), service was excellent, bartenders as good as they get, and I had the time of my life! Wish we could have a Toby's I LOVE THIS BAR closer to us! We would be there as much as possible...................Thanks so very much for everything!!!! Pros: Food, Drinks, Music (not necessarily in that order) more

Best Bar to have fun no hassle's no drama just fun!!! 10/28/2007

My wife and I were in Vegas for 4 nights we had some fantastic dinners and great wine we ate and enjoyed spirts in all of the top hotel and casino's. But nowhere compared to ""I LOVE THIS BAR"". While touring the city of Vegas be prepaired for ""UN FREINDLY SERVICE"" and bartneders who could care less about the patrons. This is everywhere but Toby Keiths ""I LOVE THIS BAR"" The Bartender Melissa was fantastic and made you feel like you where sitting at your neiborhood bar talking to an old friend. She actualy remembers your name and your drink!! For you cigar Aficionados it is CIGAR FREINDLY!!. One of only a few places in Vegas outside of the gaming area's you can enjoy a great stick great spirits and fantastic music. Yes thats right this Bar does not only play Country music it has a great selection of music accross the board. Pros: Cigar Friendly great Bartenders more

Terrible experience! When they tell you that you can eat in the bar, make sure there are servers! 10/15/2007

We went to Toby's restaurant in Las Vegas because we love country music and Toby! We did not have a reservation and it was a Wednesday night so it wasn't overly crowded. The hostess told us that they served food in the bar so we could just have a seat there and a server would be with us shortly. We did that and after about 10 minutes we asked a bartender who happened to be walking by if there was a server and he told us that there were no servers but we could order something at the bar. So we proceded to order a couple of beers and some food. After about 45 minutes and several dirty looks later, I went to ask the bartender about our food. Obviously he had forgotten about it and said he would go check on it. Well what do you know? He walked out with our food and actually was going to serve it to us ICE COLD! It was almost 10:00 pm at this point and we told him to take the food back and bring us the bill for the 2 beers. The manager ( I believe his name is Dave) started asking the bartender what was wrong but only came to talk to us after we called him over. He then told us that he could have fresh food out in 5 mintues if we would stay. I told him if you can get the food out in 5 minutes now, how come it took as 45 minutes the first go round. We paid for our beers and left. We were actually planning on buying things from gift shop to bring home to some family members who love Toby as well, but nixed that idea after the horrible experience at the restaurant. The only good thing was the house band. They were actually very good! Pros: The house band Cons: When we finally did get our food it was cold and we left without eating so we have no idea if the food is good or not. more

WE LOVE THIS BAR 9/8/2007

I LOVE THIS BAR - We went to Las Vegas for our Honeymoon. My husband and I love Toby Keth music and couldn't wait to try out this Bar Grill. We sat at the Bar and we had a few drinks- since we weren't all that hungry we tried the wings. WOW - they were unbalievable. The bartenders were friendly and 1 in particular stood out and made us want to return for a second night of our vacation - we thought JAY the Bartender was extrememly entertaining. Turns out that 1 of the bands they had on stage that night - the singer was from our area ( how awesome ). I can never get my husband on the dance floor but at Toby Keiths it was no problem. Pros: FOOD - MUSIC -SERVICE - JAY THE BARTENDER WAS ENTERTAINING Cons: SPENT TOO MUCH $$$ CAUSE WE STAYED OUT LATE HA HA more

Only an appearance by the man himself would have made it better! 7/28/2007

My husband and I ate here on a Wednesday evening and only had to wait about 15 minutes for a table. Since it wasn't late and was still in the ""dinner hours"", I was pleased to find that the music wasn't so loud that we couldn't have a conversation at our table. When my husband handed over his Military ID to get the pager to wait for our table, the hostess informed us that, in true Toby Keith style, military receive a free hamburger and a beer (they may not want me advertising that--but after having a husband in Afghanistan for a year, it was refreshing to receive such a simple gesture of appreciation that had nothing to do with publicity). The food was INCREDIBLE and there was plenty of it. My husband said his burger was great and I had a steak that was so tasty it needed no steak sauce whatsoever. It did come with all kinds of ""stuff"" (mushrooms, etc.) all over it that I wouldn't have asked for, but I just scraped those off and it was good to go. I will look forward to going back again (especially since I wanted to try the ""Fried Twinkies"" but was just too full to justify it). I highly recommend! Pros: Food was amazing! Cons: My kids LOVE Toby Keith, but, due to the skimpy little western outfits the waitresses wear, I'm not sure I would be comfortable with them there--but I wouldn't take my kids to Vegas, either. more

The food is as fun as the atmosphere! 7/27/2007

I went here on a Friday night with a group of 4 couples, most of us are huge Toby Keith fans so that is what originally drew us here. Without reservations we were seated within 10 minutes and were ordering our round of beers in mason jars!! The atmosphere is loud enough to be fun but you can still comfortably have a conversation with the people at your table. Every time a Toby song came on they did free shots for everyone in the restaurant at the bar. Sure, they were mostly fruit juice but it was probably the only free thing I got in Vegas!! Anyways, normally when I go to a themed restaurant I really don't expect much from the food since I am always dissapointed when it comes out like Applebee's or TGI Friday's type fare. However, TK's completely shattered this stereotype for me! We got the appetizer platter that was 13.95 and definitely big enough for everyone at the table to have enough of it. The fried mac and cheese bundles were everyone's favorite! I got the grilled chicken salad and it was so big I couldn't finish it. I NEVER have that with salads, also the veggies and chicken were really delicious. 1 person got quesadillas and they were just the pretty standard quesadillas, another got the bbq chicken and rib combo plate and is a HUGE eater and couldn't even come close to finishing it all and couldn't stop raving about how good it was, he also hates country music so for him to really carry on about food from TK's restaurant means it was delicious! 2 people got burgers that were good especially the onion ring one, 2 people got the pulled pork sandwich and were impressed with it, and finally the meatloaf dinner was perfect. Overall, this place is perfect for anyone looking for a great time that is completely relaxing and a little different from the rest of Vegas. One tip would be to split entrees though since they are all really oversized. They played all the fun new country music that is on the radio now that I love and show the videos too! Pros: Great attitude, delicious food, Great ""White Trash with Money"" shirts in the gift shop! Cons: That there isn't a location in Chicago!! more

Lots of fun and great service 7/16/2007

We stopped by twice this weekend (July 14-15). We had a good time and really great service. Pros: Fun, great food and service, beautiful waitresses and bar tender. Cons: None that we saw. more

I love it too! 6/23/2007

I took my country loving boyfriend to Toby Keiths one night. Me being an african american girl whose family is from the south wasn't sure what to expect. I wasn't sure if country cooking and southern cooking were very comprable. My boyfriend had biscuits and gravy which he loved and I had my favorite food in the world, fried catfish. I asked them to put the ""butter sauce"" on the side because I wasn't sure what it was or if I would like it. Everything was excellent! the sides were on the small side, put my huge piece of catfish filled me up anyway. Also, once I dipped the catish in the butter sauce I was pleasantly suprised and I poured that whole thing over my catfish like it was meant to be. I would definitely go back again! Apparently there is a very thin line between country and southern food. Pros: great food, great atmosphere and good live music Cons: a little wait, but it was friday night more
